HR Leasing Consultant

Manage end-to-end HR leasing operations for clients across Slovakia and Czech Republic. Connect skilled workers with companies needing temporary and permanent staffing solutions. Responsibilities: - Source, screen, and place candidates for client companies - Manage employment contracts and HR leasing documentation - Build and maintain relationships with client HR departments - Meet placement targets and SLA commitments Requirements: - 2+ years in HR, recruitment, or HR leasing - Fluent Slovak and English; Czech a strong plus - Strong organisational and people skills - Experience with ATS or HRIS systems Location: Bratislava or Kosice, Slovakia Salary: 28,000 - 38,000 EUR / year + bonuses
